The organization offers opportunities to contribute directly to revenue generation and brand success. Role Role Description This full-time, on-site Salesperson role is based in Coppell, TX. The Salesperson will prospect and qualify leads, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand product features, pricing, and promotions, as well as providing feedback from the market to support ongoing product and strategy improvements. The Salesperson will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools and represent Emerge Technologies professionally at customer meetings and events. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship building, active listening, and clear communication. Sales-related skills such as lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing techniques. Ability to understand and explain product features, value propositions, and competitive advantages. Basic proficiency with CRM systems, email, and standard office software for tracking and reporting. Proven ability to work toward sales goals, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities. Comfort with on-site work in Coppell, TX and willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings.
