Responsibilities

Lead personalized, one-on-one or small group fitness sessions (in-home or on-site).

Create and adjust customized programs focusing on strength, alignment, mobility and longevity.

Motivate clients and track their progress toward goals.

Educate clients on safe movement and healthy habits.

Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism and positivity.

Qualifications

Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar).

CPR/AED certified.
