Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions:Lead by example in promoting a "safety-first" culture, ensuring all team members operate in a safe and compliant manner.Coordinate and execute material transference plans with external partners, including customers, suppliers, and transportation providers.Monitor and confirm the receipt of shipments and ensure accurate documentation of inbound and outbound logistics.Manage the interdepartmental transport of materials within the facility to ensure timely and efficient operations.Understand operational impacts and conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement.Develop, communicate, and deliver training programs, gather employee feedback, and recommend operational improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve logistics performance and reduce costs.Build and maintain strong business partnerships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.Demonstrate logical, systematic thinking and apply creative problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges.Foster teamwork, morale, and development of staff through coaching and mentorship.Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping, tracking, and reporting of shipments and receipts.Perform other duties as assigned to support overall plant and logistics goals.Must be willing and able to work overtime as required to meet shipping schedules.Qualifications:Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a shipping/receiving environment within automotive manufacturing.Experience with automotive logistics and Tier 1 supplier standards is required.Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures, transportation methods, and compliance regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving and follow-up skills.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, accomplish goals, and implement effective solutions.Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).If you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!
