With two primary offices and three satellite locations acrossRichmond and surrounding areas, this groupprovidesstate-of-the-art care for retinal diseasesin a personalized, patient-focused environment. Theirboard-certified, fellowship-trained physicians specialize in:

\tMacular degeneration

\tRetinal tears & detachment

\tRetinal vascular diseases

\t
\tUveitis and trauma
\t

Theyare searching for a fellowship trained, BC/BERetina specialist, interested in anterior segment and cataracts, with exceptional surgical skills and the talent to develop and maintain excellent relationships with theirreferring physicians, as well as functioning comfortably with clinical and surgical demand.

About the Position:

\tAverage surgical cases: ~6/week;Richmond-based surgery

\tAverage patient volume: ~50/day

\tFlexible surgery schedule

\t
\tM–F schedule with at least one full surgery day

\tNo hospital calls; weekend/holiday rotation (8–9 weekends per year)

\t20% travel to satellite office in Williamsburg

\t5 MD Retina-only practice
