Corporate Accountant

Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview Partify Inc. is a fast growing e-commerce company specializing in painted automotive parts. We are seeking an executive level Corporate Accountant to join our accounting and financial operations. This is a senior role responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic oversight as the company grows. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced accounting professional with a CPA or CMA designation preferred, capable of operating at a strategic level while managing day to day accounting activities. This role will report directly to the CEO to provide insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage the company’s full accounting cycle and support financial reporting. Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful financial statements and reports for executive leadership. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and other applicable financial reporting standards. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow support. Identify process improvements, streamline accounting systems, and implement controls to enhance operational efficiency. Support and mentor accounting team members, fostering a high performance culture. Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights for business decisions. Preferred Qualifications CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in e-commerce, manufacturing, or fast-scaling companies. Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, and corporate finance. Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights for executive leadership. Executive presence with strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience implementing scalable accounting processes and systems.
