Senior Technical Recruiter

Atlas Energy Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing of technical and skilled trades talent in Austin, TX (onsite). Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter , databases, referrals, industry networks, and creative sourcing approaches Build and manage talent pipelines for technical , skilled trades , field operations , and professional roles Partner with hiring managers across Power and Operations to understand business needs, technical requirements, and the talent market Create sourcing strategies for difficult or niche searches rather than relying only on inbound applicants Screen and assess candidates for relevant experience, technical alignment, and overall role fit Manage multiple searches and competing priorities while keeping candidates and hiring teams moving Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, competition, and sourcing challenges Support targeted recruiting initiatives including recruiting events, trade schools , military recruiting , and other programs Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity in the ATS Deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through hire Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hands-on sourcing Experience recruiting in energy, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or a similar technical environment Proven ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates Strong skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/search techniques Experience recruiting technical, skilled trades, operations, engineering, or other hard-to-fill roles Comfort partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers Strong urgency, independent work style, and accountability Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience using an ATS and recruiting technology Agency recruiting experience is a plus but not required Tools & Technologies LinkedIn Recruiter ATS Benefits 100% covered Medical, Dental, and Vision 401K with company match , immediate vesting Paid time off (non-rotational roles) 15+ company paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer Atlas Energy Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
