Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care to join a Level 4 NICU team in San Antonio, TX. This travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity to provide care for both routine and complex ICU neonatal patients, while practicing in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and their families

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
• Current BLS Certification required (AHA only)
• Current STABLE certification required
• Current NRP Certification required
• RN License in TX or compact state
