Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care hospital, requiring ARRT and Nebraska State Registry certification and 1+ years of Radiology and CT experience.

Details

• Acute care setting in the CT/X-ray department
• Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Rotating weekend and evening call required
• Uses Cerner EMR, McKesson PACS, CT, X-ray, portable and C-arm equipment, including a Phillips 136-slice Incisive CT scanner
• Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required, with at least 1 year in Radiology and CT
• ARRT certification required
• Nebraska State Registry required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Willingness to take call required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform general radiology and CT procedures in a progressive rural hospital setting
• Facility offers new digital equipment including 3D mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and bone density imaging
• Training provided on the facility's CT scanner
• Scrubs required, any color, clean and professional
• COVID vaccination required for all staff, with medical and religious exemptions accepted
