Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs. Schedule showroom appointments and coordinate test drives. Follow up with leads using CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities. Provide accurate information on vehicle inventory, pricing, financing, and promotions. Work with the sales team to guarantee a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery. Maintain a high level of performance by meeting monthly appointment and sales expectations. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. What You'll Bring We prefer previous automotive sales, internet sales, BDC, or customer service experience. Experience managing customer conversations and providing accurate, responsive information across multiple communication channels. Comfortable working with CRM software, computers and digital communication tools. Maintain accurate records, prioritize daily responsibilities, and see customer interactions through to completion. Demonstrate flexibility, organization, and collaboration in a busy dealership environment. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $45,500 - $154,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
