MEP Project Manager

Project Manager – MEP Engineering | Kansas City, MO Join a dynamic and diverse MEP engineering team where you’ll lead high-impact projects across retail, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, industrial, mixed-use, and entertainment spaces. This is an opportunity to take ownership of project direction, client relationships, team leadership, budgets, and schedules while working on innovative and sustainable building designs. What You’ll Do Lead MEP projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met. Manage client, owner, contractor, and consultant relationships while providing exceptional communication and service. Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams. Oversee project financials, forecasting, contracts, invoicing, and scope changes. Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining strong client relationships. Support proposals, contract negotiations, and business development opportunities. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field. 7+ years of relevant MEP experience , including 3+ years of project management experience . Experience with commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and project management tools . Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and client-management skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
