The employee will meet individually and in groups with clients to assist them in developing and implementing a treatment plan, identifying problems, strengths, weaknesses, coping skills and providing assistance as needed. Group and individual clinical and task supervision are provided. Experience, Education and Special Requirements Must have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
