Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve their physical health goals and restore their daily function.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and mobility, implementing therapeutic techniques and interventions in individual and group settings, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, educating patients and their families on relevant exercises and rehabilitation practices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, and documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications include a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, experience in outpatient therapy preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers a day shift with a preferred schedule of 4x10-hour workdays, from 08:00 to 18:30. Start date expected within the next 3-6 weeks. Alternative scheduling options may be considered.
