Overview

• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Social Media, Public Relations & Influencer Manager to help elevate our brand presence and engagement across social, earned media, and influencer channels.
• Reporting to the AVP of Creative, this role will be responsible for executing integrated communication strategies that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, community engagement, and business growth globally.
• The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and relationship-builder who understands the intersection of social media, public relations, creator partnerships, and brand marketing.
• They are highly collaborative, trend-aware, and skilled at managing franchise partners while delivering impactful campaigns that connect with consumers.

Responsibilities

Lead Social Media, PR & Influencer Programs

• Execute global social media, public relations, and influencer strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Help translate brand priorities into engaging social content, earned media opportunities, and creator partnerships.
• Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across social, PR, influencer, and marketing initiatives.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments through integrated communications planning.

Manage Franchise Partners & Creator Partnerships

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for social media, public relations, and influencer for franchise partners.
• Develop clear briefs, provide feedback, and ensure franchise partner deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Drive global strategy for building localized relationships with creators, influencers, media contacts, and other brand partners.
• Manage influencer campaign execution, including briefs, content approvals, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with franchise partners and internal stakeholders to scale programs efficiently and effectively.

Drive Brand Relevance & Engagement

• Monitor social, cultural, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for timely and relevant brand engagement.
• Recommend new platforms, creator partnerships, and content opportunities that increase reach and engagement.
• Leverage campaign results, and performance metrics to optimize content and programming.
• Support community-building initiatives that strengthen brand affinity, loyalty, and advocacy.

Partner Cross-Functionally

• Collaborate closely with Creative, Visual Merchandising, Merchant, E-Commerce, and Regional teams to ensure integrated execution.
• Support communications planning for new product launches, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to develop social content, PR materials, influencer toolkits, and campaign assets.
• Ensure global consistency while allowing for regional relevance and local market needs.

Measure & Optimize Performance

• Track and report on social media, PR, and influencer KPIs, including engagement, reach, earned media value, impressions, sentiment, and creator performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign insights and performance data.
• Monitor competitive activity and share best practices and emerging trends with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8+ years of experience in social media, public relations, influencer marketing, communications, or related marketing disciplines.
• Experience managing integrated social, PR, and influencer campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
• Proven ability to manage agency relationships and external partners effectively.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, content trends, and earned media strategies.
• Experience evaluating campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of brand storytelling.
• Experience collaborating across creative, marketing, digital, and commercial teams.
• Passion for fragrance, home, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer product categories is a plus.
