Base Pay $24.00 - $26.00 / Hour Employee Type Seasonal Contact information Description Duties include, but are not limited to: Follows instructions given by the crew leader and landscape manager. Properly and safely operates equipment. Seek to master the basic skills of landscape installation. Completes assigned tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and per company production goals. Reports to work in a clean uniform and appropriate boots. Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies and safety procedures. Understand and uphold company standards, “The Sun Valley Way”. Measurables: Safety Training Quality $24-26 per hour, depending on experience Profit share, if earned Daily pay debit card Year-round program The Work Lab program Paid holidays Unlimited free uniforms Work boots and pants reimbursement Simple IRA company match Paid parental and bereavement leave Wellness reimbursement Reports to: Landscape Field Manager Works closely with: Landscape Division Director, mechanic, supply yard Direct reports: 0 Typical Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:30am-5:00pm, some weekends Dress Code: uniform Requirements Desired Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 year’s experience in landscape maintenance work Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and physically have full range of motion in upper and lower body. Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record and have ability to pass a drug test. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Must be comfortable working long shifts and weekends when necessary.
