Available Program Positions:

Residential: $15.00 - $16.00/Hour

Available shifts:

• 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri & every other weekend
• 3pm - 9 pm Mon-Fri & every other weekend
• 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am Mon-Fri & every other weekend
• 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am Mon-Fri & every other weekend

Typical Day:

• Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of intellectually disabled individuals in the day support, residential setting, and community.
• Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; insures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accordance with person centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Knowledge & Skills:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED

Experience:

• 2 years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer's, dementia, special ed, etc.

Other Requirements:

• Active and up to date driver's license
• Successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigation
