Schedule: Clinic + Hospital Rounding; 1:7 Call Rotation

On-Call Expectations: 1:7

Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 90–120 days post-offer)

Specialty Backup: Full access to hospital system services and NP support
Support Staff: Nurse Practitioner support in both settings
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Collegial physician group within Community Healthcare System
Reason for Opening: Practice growth and system expansion

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE

Board Requirements: BC/BE in Gastroenterology

COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS

Incentive Bonus Structure: Based on RVUs
Malpractice insurance included (Indiana has favorable regulations)

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Board Status: BC/BE in Gastroenterology
State License Required: Indiana (Active or Eligibility to Apply)
Certifications: DEA; additional certifications not specified
Experience: Open to experienced providers and new graduates
Additional Requirements: EPIC EMR proficiency preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive GI care in outpatient and inpatient settings
Participate in 1:7 call rotation
Collaborate with NP support and other system physicians
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EPIC
Engage in continuous quality improvement
