Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Maintenance Tech to support safe, comfortable environments across our healthcare and social service programs. This role performs routine and preventive maintenance, including basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs in residential and program facilities. The Maintenance Tech completes work orders, assists with room turns and minor renovations, and responds to emergencies to minimize service disruption. Working in a mission‑driven, client‑centered setting, this position helps ensure our spaces reflect dignity, safety, and accessibility for individuals and families we serve while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary care teams.
