Requirements: Lead, train, and develop your team to provide exceptional customer service and quality vehicle maintenance. Set clear performance goals and hold the team accountable for achieving KPIs in sales, labor, and customer satisfaction. Oversee all daily operations — ensuring consistency, safety, and compliance with Jiffy Lube® and IPA standards. Set clear goals and expectations for your team while holding everyone accountable to performance metrics (sales, labor, KPIs). Motivate and inspire your team through daily coaching and positive leadership. Drive sales growth by recommending services and educating customers with honesty and confidence. Manage scheduling, payroll hours, and inventory to maintain strong profitability. Ensure the store environment is clean, professional, and welcoming for every customer.
