Are you a relationship-driven recruiting professional who thrives on finding top talent and creating a seamless onboarding experience? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and help support a growing manufacturing organization. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, skilled trades, and professional positions. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, outreach, career fairs, and community partnerships. Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and coordinate interviews. Screen candidates, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Coordinate offers, background checks, onboarding activities, and new hire documentation. Conduct engaging new employee orientations and support employees through their onboarding journey. Maintain accurate records in HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and related platforms. Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and workforce planning needs. Build strong relationships with employees, managers, candidates, and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; HR or Business degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of recruiting and onboarding experience. Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and HR best practices. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office. U.S. Citizenship required. Manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, or government contractor recruiting experience preferred.
