You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.

Position is for Baristas that want to lead their team. We will have 1 store manager and are looking for team leads out of this position.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer
• Prepare drinks according to recipe, quickly and accurately
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Manage cash drawer, following established procedures
• Keep store clean and organized
• Maintain workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
• Resolve customer issues
• Serve as keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures
• Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Able to lead the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service
