Food Safety Lab Analyst - PCR & Microbiology (2nd Shift)

A leading laboratory in food safety is looking for a Laboratory Analyst for its Lakeland, FL facility. The role involves analyzing food samples for pathogens using PCR and immunoassay, along with various lab duties such as data entry and quality control. A BS or BA in biological sciences or a related field is required, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a rotating 12hr shift schedule and eligibility for standard benefits after a brief waiting period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
