The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing well in stress and emergency situations
• Performing patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establishing a treatment plan, and modifying the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
• Performing treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
• Performing documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
• Communicating well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients

Requirements include:

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $49.36 - $78.25 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
