Job Full Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator for a locally owned company IN CONCORDIA MO . As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical principles, be proficient in a range of welding processes, and possess excellent hand tool and power tool skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal parts according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to prepare and assemble metal components for welding.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects and ensure that work meets customer expectations.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- A strong understanding of mechanical principles and their application in welding.
- Experience with MIG welding and other welding processes, including stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
