Previous experience in the cannabis industry is strongly preferred, though our priority is finding a team player with quality retail experience who fits the company culture, takes great care of our customers, and is equally committed to the team and the overall success of Breeze. In exchange, you'll get to join an incredible family of passionate cannabis professionals and benefit from continual opportunities for professional development and industry education.The ResponsibilitiesPromote work environment that is positive and customer-service orientedComply with established state, local and company policies and proceduresStaying up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer serviceRunning curbside orders to customersVerify proper paperwork, documentation and ID of all customersThe QualificationsExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsSelf-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethicDetail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environmentPrevious retail cannabis experience strongly preferredExperience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawerAbility to perform to sales goals and team goals1+ years of cannabis retail experience preferredHigh School DiplomaAdditional RequirementsMinimum of 21 years of ageMust pass any and all required background checksMust remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulationsMust be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds. This job function may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouchingAbility to work in all weather conditionsThe role is part of the whole organization team and as such requires you to perform such reasonable tasks that are required, as and when necessary, to maintain, promote, develop and expand the business of our organization and its interests generallySalary$12 - $14 per hour
