Paralegal Legal Assistant

Our client, a leader in the entertainment and intellectual property industry, is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant I to join their team. As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant I, you will be part of the Business Unit/Group supporting global enforcement activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for film and television, the ability to work with complexity, nuance, and discretion, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Paralegal/Legal Assistant I Location Burbank, CA. HYBRID (3 days onsite per week) Pay Range $36.48/hr w2 Duration 1 month contract with possible extension What's the Job? Providing operational and administrative support for a global intellectual property enforcement team Managing case intake, workflow coordination, and legal documentation across multiple systems Supporting trademark, copyright, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement activities Coordinating agreements, legal document processing, and enforcement data tracking Serving as a liaison with external counsel, investigators, and internal stakeholders worldwide What's Needed? At least 1 year of experience with databases and spreadsheets, especially Excel Ability to draft detailed emails to outside counsel and legal teamsExperience or familiarity with intellectual property enforcement, trademarks, or related legal activities Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills What's in it for me?
