Member Experience Representative

Credit Union Member Services Specialist (Contract‑to‑Perm) Location: Washington, DC. Salary: $20‑$23 per hour. Hosted by Alicia Blake at Jobot Consulting. Job Details This contract‑to‑perm opportunity focuses on assisting members and potential members with their financial needs through a variety of channels—phone, chat, email, internet applications, and tickets. Responsibilities Assist members via phone, chat, and email with financial transactions, opening and closing accounts, and applying for loans. Identify, sell, and cross‑sell products and services to members; conduct outbound calls to meet sales goals. Maintain appropriate records and prepare required reports. Follow all security and compliance policies and procedures. Support the Marketing & Business Development Team events. Provide support to the Training department with various administrative projects, report production, and scheduling. Act as liaison between members and various departments, researching and troubleshooting member issues to provide timely resolution.
