Warehouse Specialist

We’re seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will be responsible for assisting with projects in the warehouse, including organization, process improvement, supporting production areas such as item processing, packaging, customer pickup, and inventory management. Core Responsibilities Packing and Labeling: Pull, pack, and label products according to customer orders and safety standards Quality Inspection: Examine products for defects before packing and ensure all items match the packing list Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Documentation: Log, weigh, and seal shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping records Equipment Operation: Utilize tools such as scanners, dollies, pallet wrappers, or packing machines Key Skills and Qualifications Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds Attention to Detail: Accuracy in checking products and labeling orders Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic warehouse, hand tools, and computerized inventory systems Communication: Ability to work well in a team environment We are only accepting applications for candidates who are located in Ohio and/or the Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area.
