• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth
• Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards
• Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and excellence

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in the food service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in basic math and computer operations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if or 1 year if or older
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
• Basic understanding of financial reports and labor cost management
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
