About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a growing real estate organization and its residential property portfolio. This person will develop and execute annual marketing strategies designed to strengthen property visibility, generate qualified leads, and ultimately drive occupancy and revenue across multifamily and/or single-family properties .

\n

The ideal candidate has direct experience marketing residential real estate and understands how to build campaigns that reach prospective residents throughout the leasing journey. This is a hands-on role that will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, creative partners, and property-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and plans across digital, social, email, paid media, content, SEO/SEM, and other relevant channels.
\n
• Create property-level marketing strategies designed to increase awareness, generate leads, and drive occupancy .
\n
• Partner with creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing campaigns, content, collateral, photography, video, and other brand assets.
\n
• Manage agency relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.
\n
• Collaborate with property management, leasing, and operations teams to understand occupancy goals, market conditions, and property-level needs.
\n
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns around new property launches, lease-ups, promotions, resident engagement, and ongoing occupancy initiatives.
\n
• Analyze campaign and property performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
\n
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels based on performance and business priorities.
\n
• Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across the property portfolio.
\n
• Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and effective marketing strategies within the residential real estate space.
\n
• Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives directly support leasing and revenue goals.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3+ years of marketing experience within multifamily and/or single-family residential real estate.
\n
• Proven experience developing and executing annual marketing strategies across multiple channels .
\n
• Experience marketing properties with a focus on lead generation, leasing, and occupancy growth .
\n
• Experience working with external agencies, creative partners, and/or freelancers.
\n
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid media, email marketing, content, and other key marketing channels.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use marketing and performance data to make strategic decisions.
\n
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple properties, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
