Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1884.96/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced RN with Cerner EMR proficiency to support emergency department operations. This role involves providing clinical care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients, adhering to clinical protocols and standards. Utilize Cerner EMR to accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and interventions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans and discharge instructions. Respond swiftly to emergency situations, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to maintain a safe environment. Participate in ongoing training modules and complete annual competency requirements. Qualifications: Valid RN license in Tennessee or a compact state, with active certification required. Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience, with Cerner EMR familiarity. Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) with flexibility for on-call and floating within scope. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure. CEN preferred but not mandatory.
