ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable bilingual Spanish-speaking Insurance Account Representative to join our team.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and working toward goals in a fast-paced team environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your insurance knowledge, strengthen your sales and customer service skills, and grow within the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Help customers understand insurance products and coverage options
• Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, changes, and general questions
• Follow up with leads and customers by phone, text, and email
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Work individually and as part of a team to meet agency goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in Spanish – required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Motivated by goals and performance
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching
