The Licensed Physical Therapist reports directly to Rehabilitation leadership within Rehab Services and works in close partnership with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and a highly supportive nursing team. This Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat inpatient populations, design evidence-based care plans, document outcomes, and educate patients and families to promote safe recovery and independence.
