Overview Architectural Fiberglass, Inc. (AFI) is a premier fiberglass manufacturer with over 20 years in design and manufacture of custom fiberglass in our state of the art facility in Cleveland, OH. We custom design and manufacture interior and exterior decorative fiberglass reinforced polymer (FTP) ornamentation for the restoration, reproduction and new construction industries. AFI is looking to hire Mold Prep Employees to support growth. This position requires organization, self-motivation, and professional communication. This role requires no experience; training will be provided for all aspects of the job. Responsibilities Clean, seal, wax, buff and perform some sanding on parts. Place protective paper on mold areas that do not need to be sprayed. Carry molds, attach T-nuts to molds, and place molds on carts. Demold parts from molds and move parts to designated areas outside or as directed. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform general housekeeping. Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisor. Qualifications No prior experience required; willingness to learn and put forth best effort.
