Customer Service Specialist Location: Buche Foods Job Type: Part Time Department: Grocery Operations Join Our Team! Do you enjoy helping people and staying busy? We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Specialist to help create a great shopping experience for our customers. You'll help customers, run the register, bag groceries, stock and organize products, and help keep the store clean and running smoothly. If you're ready to work hard and be part of a team, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Customer Service Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service. Assist customers in finding products and answering questions. Process purchases and assist with self-checkout. Bag groceries and help customers with carry-out when needed. Answer phones and assist with online and special orders. Store Operations Stock, rotate, and organize products throughout the store. Keep shelves, displays, and the front end clean and organized. Maintain accurate pricing and promotional signage. Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking products. Follow company safety and sanitation procedures. Help with other store duties as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and basic math skills. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
