Associate Business Manager for Corporate Responsibility's Global Government RelationsFinance & Business Management (F&BM) optimizes business performance through expense management and delivery of key initiatives, while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership. The role of a Business Manager is dynamic as it evolves based on needs, priorities and strategies of the organization.As an Associate Business Manager for Corporate Responsibility's Global Government Relations (GGR) team, you will provide support to Corporate Responsibility and GGR Senior Leadership across an array of deliverables related to management of budget / expenses, vendors, headcount and various projects / initiatives.The Finance & Business Management team for Corporate Responsibility is seeking to fill this role with someone who is passionate about leveraging their expertise to ensure financial discipline, deliver business and decision useful analysis, improve processes, build partnerships and act as a trusted advisor. Job ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of budget planning and forecasting processes; deliver reporting and analysis that includes accurate and well controlled financial results that inform business decisionsSupport execution and provide oversight for onboarding, renewal and management of third party vendors / suppliersSupport tracking and management of headcount; deliver reporting and analysis to inform decision-making in everchanging business environmentDrive execution of key projects and implementation of strategic initiatives; support team management through coordination of certain meetings / offsites and priorities tracking; provide support in delivery of department reporting (e.g., KPI's, business reviews); support implementation of employee strategies (e.g., real estate, people agenda initiatives)Required qualifications, capabilities and skillsThis position requires a minimum of 3+ of relevant financial services industry experience coupled with experience in a financial planning and analysis or business management-related role.Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or related areaTechnical Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPointSoft Skills / Capabilities Required:Ability to analyze, synthesize and structure data to tell the storyIntellectual curiosity and a proactive and problem-solving mindsetOutstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to tailor messaging and communicate effectively across all levels of managementStrong partnership and stakeholder-focused mindset; ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization including ability to work across/with various functionsFlexible, organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independentlyTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
