Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing new business and servicing existing personal lines policies. If you hold a life insurance license, there is an additional opportunity to sell life insurance and earn extra commission.

Responsibilities

Write new personal lines insurance policies to meet client needs.
Provide exceptional service to existing clients by managing and maintaining their personal lines policies.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products, including life insurance (if licensed).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of policy writing and servicing.
Active insurance license for personal lines; a life insurance license is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
