SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Ralph Sellers Automotive Group, is growing and looking to add a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting team located in Gonzales, LA. Ability to follow process and procedures for Finance and Accounting tasks with accountability for following through to completeness. Responsibilities: Review deals for completeness, accurate, and required documentation and prepare paperwork for the Title and Accounting clerks Process payoffs accurately and timely to receive title, follow up on any delayed titles Record wholesale and dealer trade sales transactions accurately and efficiently Warranty, Gap, ancillary products remittance and cancellations weekly Assist with Accounts Payable and Billing Communicate with F&I, Sales, Accounting managers to resolve any discrepancies Cross training with other staff while working together to expand experience Support other team members and departments as needed Qualifications: Required: minimum 3 years in an administrative position High school diploma or GED required Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Automotive and CDK or DealerTrack experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization Confidential and professional demeanor Able to multi-task and manage time effectively What We Offer: Signing bonus Competitive pay based on experience Training from experienced employees with various expertise in the auto industry Full benefits package medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to grow within the Automotive Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
