Phlebotomist PositionUnder the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor of Support Services, primary duties include Phlebotomy, Specimen Processing, and Customer Service.Position Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Recent graduate of a phlebotomy program and/or certification as a Phlebotomist preferred. Individuals new to healthcare are encouraged to apply and will participate in the onsite Phlebotomy Training Program.Specific skills, knowledge and/or competencies needed are: work independently, functional knowledge of the concepts of electronic information handling, attention to detail, thorough, concise, accurate documentation, function as a positive member of a team, handle multiple priorities in a high volume setting and handle confidential material with maturity, sensitivity and discretion.CompensationPhlebotomist:Minimum Pay: $18.73Maximum Pay: $29.04Senior Phlebotomist:Minimum Pay: $20.17Maximum Pay: $31.27
