Assembler

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Manchester, NH that specializes in producing highly specialized, small-scale components. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join their team. This is a seated assembly position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products and electronic components according to production specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Use microscopes, multimeters, and basic hand tools to perform assembly and inspection tasks.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Report product defects, equipment malfunctions, and production concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods.
• Experience using microscopes, multimeters, and basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision assembly work.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
