You'll split your expertise between two elementary schools, flexibly allocating half of your work week to each. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience with elementary school students, ideally within special education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with general education staff, families, and support teams
• Flexibility to work effectively across multiple sites
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction based on students’ IEPs
• Monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
• Partner with families, colleagues, and specialists to create supportive learning environments

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of educational plans
