Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
• Previous experience in school settings, home health, and healthcare environments is highly desirable
• Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication abilities for engagement with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, promoting independence in academic and daily living activities
• Assess, plan, and execute individualized therapy interventions according to students' IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to embed therapeutic strategies within classroom routines
• Monitor and report on student progress, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing support
• Maintain thorough records in alignment with federal, state, and school protocols
• Partner with families to offer strategies and resources for support at home
