We're partnering with a global, transportation-focused investment manager specializing in infrastructure and real estate assets across the air, land, sea, and rail networks. The firm is seeking an Associate Vice President to join its Aviation / Airport Infrastructure investment team The AVP will join a growing investment team focused on acquiring, developing, and managing transportation infrastructure assets across the aviation sector . The airport platform invests in on- and near-airport infrastructure, including air cargo facilities supporting the movement of cargo, aircraft, and people. The role will have significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including: Evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities Building and reviewing financial models and investment analyses Supporting acquisitions, developments, and dispositions Conducting market, asset, and industry-level research Preparing investment committee materials and presentations Working closely with internal teams, operating partners, airport authorities, and other external stakeholders Supporting portfolio management and strategic initiatives across the aviation platform Requirements 5+ years of relevant investment experience, ideally with a focus on aviation, airport infrastructure, transportation, infrastructure, or real assets Financial modeling and valuation skills Experience evaluating and executing investment opportunities Strong analytical and written communication skills The opportunity offers the chance to join an established investment platform with significant scale and a differentiated focus on transportation infrastructure, with an airport infrastructure portfolio spanning approximately 22 million square feet across 40 airports in North America. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Chapman
