The Coro business unit is the productization arm of the Customer practice. Coro brings together product engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, data sciences, AI engineering, and RevTech expertise to create proprietary, AI‑accelerated data and analytics solutions that support clients’ go‑to‑market activities. We’re looking for an Expert Manager, Coro RevTech Systems Delivery, to lead complex, high‑impact RevTech initiatives. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating across teams to transform data assessments, repair efforts, AI tools, and visualizations into real impact. Responsibilities Drive Project Planning and Execution – shape scope, timeline, and key outcomes of data‑focused projects and package them in a client‑facing format. Lead Delivery on client‑system projects – oversee rollout of custom dashboards, cutting‑edge AI tools, and data solutions, working with client teams to align assumptions and remove roadblocks. Partner Across the Business – collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to keep priorities aligned and deliver results. Manage Risk Proactively – spot issues before they surface and build safeguards around data integrity, security, and compliance. Measure What Matters – leverage data to track progress, course‑correct quickly, and ensure timely delivery. Help Design the Next‑Generation Add‑ons – shape high‑value offerings for the SI services division, including scope, timelines, pricing, and client‑facing materials. About You We are seeking an experienced Expert Manager with a proven track record of managing and delivering enterprise‑level systems integration projects. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in RevOps or commercial performance‑oriented solution design within Salesforce, Dynamics, or other RevTech systems, including guiding architects, developers, and data engineers in SI product delivery. Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of CRM security, data governance, and compliance best practices. Understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms, and database management. Fluency in CRM data topics such as third‑party data sources, data governance, data enrichment, and related processes. Familiarity with common RevTech stack systems such as Outreach, Gong, or similar. Experience identifying key issues in client tech stacks and optimizing CRM configuration and cross‑system communication. Experience building key visualizations in Salesforce for commercial use cases. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a results‑driven mindset. Compensation Base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with employer contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package.
