Public Safety IT Technician (6am-3pm) - Critical Support

City-of-Grand-Prairie

The City-of-Grand-Prairie is seeking an IT Public Safety Specialist to provide technical support for the Public Safety services division. This role involves troubleshooting networks, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree in computer science and at least two years of related experience. ITIL certification is required within 6 months of hire.
