We will rely on your expertise to: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, plan reviews, and case notes per company policy. Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in our community. Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol. For full‑time status, maintain at least 32 available hours per week for patient care. Coordinate services with other providers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications and Skills for This Position Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines. Comfort and familiarity working with clients with diverse problems or concerns. Ability to pass a background check confirming safe care provision. Demonstrate and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients. Additionally Valuable (but not essential) Qualifications for This Position Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health. Credentialed or paneled with an insurance network.
