Warehouse Manager - IT & Data Center Equipment

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Norcross, GA . You'll oversee a team of warehouse staff and be responsible for the day-to-day operations - from incoming freight to outbound shipments - with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and proper handling of sensitive IT equipment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the on-site warehouse team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance.

• Oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and storage of IT and data center equipment - servers, networking gear, structured cabling components.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, run regular stock audits, and ensure full traceability of all incoming and outgoing equipment.

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Develop and enforce best practices for warehouse organisation, workflow, and quality control.

• Ensure safe handling of hardware and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.

• Occasional travel may be required for inventory checks or logistics coordination.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in IT, electronics, or data center equipment.

• Proven experience managing a team in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Familiarity with IT hardware (servers, networking, storage) and best practices for handling sensitive equipment.

• Strong attention to detail - experience with inventory tracking systems and WMS.

• Practical problem-solver who can troubleshoot logistical issues without waiting to be told.

• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role: lifting, moving, and organising equipment.
