As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' beauty experiences through exceptional service, in-depth inventory knowledge, and expert inventory management. You are a Stock and inventory advocate who consistently role models a best-in-class service experience by efficient and detail-oriented stock management that controls costs and benefits the business. Your keen awareness of operational excellence and ability to connect with others makes you an essential colleague on the Bluemercury team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers. Provide a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.Share Your Product Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of current stock levels, business needs, and product location. Continuously update knowledge as the go-to colleague for all inventory and operational information.Sales & Promotion: Drive sales through effective communication of product levels and location, accurate inventory intake, shipping best practices and team collaboration.
