As a clinician , you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Individual & Group Therapy – Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.
- Maintain Clinical Documentation – Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.
- Support Crisis Intervention – Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.
- Stay Current with Best Practices – Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Licensure Required – LPC, LCSW, LMFT, ADT, CSC, CAC or equivalent (or working toward full licensure)
Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment
