Principal Project Manager

Responsibilities Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. Oversee complex, dynamic projects that reduce fraud risk or improve customer and/or Associate experience. Lead large, complex projects, organizing the work in a well-managed way that ensures the team supports delivery of key objectives and results. Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management focus, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place and delivery outcomes. Design, develop, and manage project documentation in a complex dynamic environment, incorporating changes and resolving barriers to successful delivery. Exhibit outstanding influencing and communication skills across a broad audience including Technology, Operations, and Enterprise teams to ensure project plans deliver on intent. Partner with and influence project customers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of projects to deliver strategic and tactical outcomes. Accelerate delivery of planning and solution development through displaying tech, business, and operations understanding. Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and improvements. Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 3 years of Project Management experience Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience (Preferred) At least 4 years of Project Management experience (Preferred) At least 2 years of Operations or Process Management experience (Preferred) At least 1 year of experience leveraging AI prompting to drive process efficiency (Preferred) PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (Preferred) At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital One
