In search of an always friendly face and voice to greet our patients on the phone and in office. Patience, great interpersonal skills, computer proficiency and problem solving ability essential to keep the office running smoothly on a daily basis. Previous optometry experience helpful, but not necessary.
-Welcome patients in an upbeat, warm manner whether on the phone or in person
-Check patients in and out of the office
-Schedule appointments and organize insurance
-Order glasses and contact lenses
-Manage contact lens inventory
